We offer a one hour complimentary consultation to discuss: budgeting, location, styling and designing of your event and what your needs are.

We do not list prices because every wedding and every reception is unique and different. The want's and needs of each couple
are different.
Below are just a few samples of the many packages that we can create for you. You tell us what you want, where you want it, how many guest, etc. and we will create a package just for you.
TOPAZ Package-Basic Ceremony/Officiating
Meeting to discuss the wedding plans
Attend/Coordinate rehearsal
Standard vows or couples own vows
Ceremony performed by Notary Public or non denominational minister at a
location of your choice (travel fee's may apply for outside of area). We can also suggest a location for you.
Hand deliver the marriage license to the courthouse after the ceremony (if St Lucie)
Unlimited e-mail contact with the coordinator

Contact appropriate vendors for set-up and delivery times
One pre-wedding meeting up to 2 hours to review all of the event arrangements and specifics
Reception and Ceremony site set-up and design coordination to include directing vendor deliveries, assist and supervise set-up and design, and coordinate on-site staff. Supervise ceremony and/or reception if needed.
SAPPHIRE Package (Day of Coordination Package)
For the client that needs assistance with ceremony/reception and site set-up only, on the day of the event.
-Instruct and oversee all duties of participants
-Attend/conduct rehearsal
-Oversee and assist set-up
-Assist bride & maids with dressing
-Supervise all vendors and professionals (Including photographers, florist, and caterers)
-Ensure everything runs as planned
-Handle necessary payments
-Supervise entire ceremony and reception
-Attend to guests' special needs
DIAMOND Package (For the bride and groom who need assistance with the planning from the beginning to end )
(including "day of" services listed above)
-Scheduled in person consultations
-Unlimited phone and e-mail consultations
-Vendor recommendations
-Review all vendor contracts and attend all vendor meetings
-Main point of contact for all vendors
-Manage payment schedule for vendors
-Budget management
-Theme and decor coordination
-Favor, seating card ideas and designs
-Assistance with guest accommodations

-Tracking RSVP’s
-Rehearsal time to include up to one hour of service
